Governor signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and                                
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent                                   
filing:                                                                                             
                                                                                                    
          SENATE BILL NO. 210 am H "An Act relating to                                              
          the manufacture and transportation of alcoholic                                           
          beverages; relating to forfeitures of property for                                        
          violations of alcoholic beverage laws; and relating to
